*IF you are a Local Idaho Customer located in southwest Idaho areas, we are thrilled to offer you FREEE Delivery with a minimum purchase of $30.  The Free Delivery notification will show on your Checkout page.

We aim to begin the fulfillment process  within 24-48hrs after your order is received.  Shipping Times are subject to the specific carrier service AND shipping rates/timelines offered by the carrier service. 

International Orders — Duties & Taxes

Joyful Hearts Boutique ships to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT fees assessed by their country upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We are unable to predict or control these fees. If you have questions, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

Shipping Times are also subject to change in relation to the season of year, (busy holiday season), unforeseen natural weather events, & other unforeseen local or national events that disrupt daily business tasks and safe delivery conditions.  

Please contact us immediately IF you have not received your purchased items within 14 business days from purchase date (excluding weekends and holidays).
